Tex-Mex Taco Soup Recipe

1 lb. lean ground beef (or turkey if you prefer)
1 large onion
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 package Williams Tex-Mex Style Taco Seasoning (or any taco seasoning that you like)
1 can kidney beans
1 can chili beans (spicy hot if you prefer)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn

Brown meat and chopped onion, then drain. Mix the Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix with the package of Tex-Mex Taco seasoning and then mix them into the meat.

In a large pot, pour the meat mixture and all the other ingredients. Do not drain the cans. Stir together and simmer for 1 hour on the stovetop. Perfect for cold days!
