Some of my favorite authors wrote books for children…except what I’ve discovered is that they really wrote them for themselves…and someone else published them for children.
Dr. Seuss wrote: Don’t cry because it’s over…smile because it happened.
A.A. Milene, author of Winnie the Pooh wrote: Promise me you’ll always remember: You’re braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
If you’re going to make a sales presentation today, read Dr. Seuss’ Green Eggs and Ham. It will amaze you how many times the word NO is used. No doesn’t always mean no, sometimes it just means not now.
If you’re struggling with fear or uncertainty or depression, read Dr. Seuss’ Oh the Places You’ll Go! I’m convinced Dr. Seuss was having a mid-life crisis when he wrote this one.
